The Whatcom County Superior Court Clerk's Office has compiled a list of resources to help claimants/parties. Some of these resources are intended to help you find the required information, others are to help you keep abreast of what is happening in the case. The Clerk's Office itself is unable to help individuals complete their paper work. 

The Clerk's Office is only accepting e-filing for this case. Please follow the instructions below to set up your account and to learn how to receive notice of any case activity.

Please be aware that the first hearing, to be held on June 26, 2024, will be live-streamed via YouTube. Any recordings of subsequent hearings may be requested through customer service. 

When you file your claim, you will be given a sub-case number specific to you. DO NOT LOSE THIS CASE NUMBER. It will be required on any subsequent filings for your claim.
