Who do I make a check or money order out to?: Checks or money orders should be made payable to Whatcom County District Court, or WCDC. All payments must be in U.S. funds.

2. Who do I make a check or money order out to?: Checks or money orders should be made payable to Whatcom County District Court, or WCDC. All payments must be in U.S. funds.

3. How can I pay a ticket or set up payment arrangements?: You may make partial or full payments with debit/credit cards online through our website, at http://whatcomcounty.us/districtcourt and select "Tickets/Payments." You may also mail in a check or money order referencing your ticket/infraction number for partial or full payment to: Whatcom County District Court 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 401 Bellingham, WA 98225 You may also come in to District Court in person between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the address listed above to pay with cash, check, debit or credit card.

4. Do you take payments over the phone?: We do NOT take payments over the phone. You can pay with your credit or debit card by going online to the District Court website at http://whatcomcounty.us/districtcourt and select "Tickets/Payments."

5. When is my next payment due?: Call Whatcom County District Court at (360)778-5400 and provide your ticket/citation/infraction/case number if you have it. We can also look up your case when you provide us some identifying information.
