NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Whatcom County Health Department will be accepting applications from qualified individuals and firms interested in providing the following services:

Community Inclusion Services to Adults with Developmental Disabilities

(Open and Continuous Recruitment)

Provider enrollments are open and continuous, as long as funds are available. Provider certification and monitoring will be conducted by the Whatcom County Health Department, Human Services Division.

The purpose of this RFI is to recruit qualified providers, in accordance with Washington State Department of Social and Health Services guidelines, to perform Community Inclusion services to adults with developmental disabilities, ages 21 and older, who are retired or no longer pursuing employment.
