NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed statements of qualifications and performance will be received by Purchasing in the Administrative Services Finance office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

Consultant Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Administration Services for:
 23-Hour Crisis Stabilization Center

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, December 3, 2024

At which time and place responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters identified. All interested persons are invited to watch the virtual opening. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.

Whatcom County Facilities Management is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide architectural, engineering, and construction administration services for the Whatcom County 23-Hour Crisis Stabilization Center.
