How to Participate in Hybrid Hearing Meetings

The Whatcom County Hearing Examiner is holding all meetings in a hybrid format. Members of the public and staff may attend remotely via zoom, using the zoom information below or in person at the Whatcom County Courthouse, Council Chambers, located at 311 Grand Ave.

Each agenda notice contains a link to the file allowing easy access to the current Exhibit list.  Please keep checking the agenda as it is updated as items are added to the file.

If you would like to speak to the Hearing Examiner on a particular issue, you may contact the Hearing Examiner office in writing, email or by phone. Submitting comments in writing before the meeting is strongly encouraged. See the "Submit Written Comment" tab below for more information.

Comment During a Meeting

If you would like to speak to the Hearing Examiner at the meeting, you are invited to do so by one of the options below. Public comment during the meetings are generally at the discretion of the Hearing Examiner. See the "Speak by Phone" and "Speak via Computer or Mobile App" tabs below for more information.
