The Lakeside Lodge

The Lakeside Lodge is located on the lower level of the Silver Lake Lodge building. The Silver Lake Lodge consists of the Park Office, the Day Lodge Rental facility, and a residential unit above the Lakeside Lodge.

Lakefront Cabins

Built in the 1940s these six lakeside cabins, each named after a mountain in the North Cascades, have been renovated but retain their rustic charm. Each cabin has a unique floor plan and basic amenities including beds, heat, electricity, basic kitchen, a deck, and an outdoor BBQ. Cabins are available year-round.

Things to know before renting a Silver Lake Cabin

  • Linens, blankets, pillows, cookware, dishes, and utensils are not provided
  • Only Baker Cabin has a bathroom. Flush toilets are located at the main shower house (seasonal) and the Silver Lake Park Office (seasonal). Vault toilets are located throughout the park. The closest restrooms are a short walk away.
  • No smoking
  • Pets (2 max) are welcome in the cabins (except Shuksan Cabin) with an additional onsite fee. Shuksan cabin does not allow pets.
  • Cabins do not have dedicated fire rings. There are three first come/first serve fire rings on the lawn across from the cabins

  • Shared parking near the Lakefront Cabins accommodates one vehicle per cabin. No RVs or trailers.

Cascade Camping Cabin

The Cascade Camping Cabin is located within the Maple Creek Campground. It's a cozy bunkhouse that offers a camping experience even if you don't have an RV or tent! The Cascade Camping Cabin is only available when the campgrounds are open.

Silver Lake Park Amenities

Toilets
Vault toilets are available at each campground. Flush toilets can be found in the Maple Creek Campground and the Red Mountain Campground seasonally, and at the Park Office during office hours (seasonal).

Shower Facilities (seasonal)
Silver Lake Park has two shower facilities. One is located in Red Mountain Campground and the other is located in the Maple Creek Campground. The facilities are available 24 hours a day during camping season at no additional cost.

Concessions (seasonal)
The Silver Lake Park Office has firewood and snacks available for purchase during office hours. The nearest stores, restaurants, and gas are in Maple Falls, 3.5 miles south of Silver Lake Park.

Boat Rental (seasonal)
Canoes, rowboats, 2 person and 4 person pedal boats, 2 seat kayaks, and stand up paddle boards are available for rent from the Park Office during camping season.

Horse Stables (Red Mountain campground)
There are two horse stables for overnight boarding at Red Mountain Campground. Fees apply.

Dump Station (seasonal)
An RV dump station is located near the entrance to Maple Creek Campground. Campground guests may use the dump station for free with a camping receipt. Non-guests can use the dump station for a fee.
