We promote public safety and accountability by strengthening the bonds between youth and the community. We provide opportunities for youth to interact with the community in positive ways, and teach youth skills to help them with daily interactions. We believe that crime is an act against the victim and the community, and the offender is directly accountable to the victim, the community and themselves.
Through our programs, we are committed to enabling offenders to make amends to their victim and the community, and develop skills to help build self-confidence.
