A work program in lieu of court costs is available for those determined eligible by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Work Program staff. If interested, complete the Work Program Agreement Form below and return it in-person to the Whatcom County District Court Clerk's Office at 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 401, Bellingham, WA 98225. When reporting to District Court, you must be prepared to select the date you will be reporting for work. All work program participants must complete a full eight (8) hour day.
