At the initial WRIA 1 Water Adjudication hearing on June 26, 2024, Judge Freeman signed an Order Establishing Steering Committee. The Court indicated the Steering Committee should be comprise of representatives from various party types to the litigation including federal, agricultural, municipal, county, tribal, individuals without attorneys etc. Steering Committee members were selected by the Court after reviewing applications from individuals interested in serving on the committee.
Steering Committee Members
The Steering Committee shall provide recommendations to the Court regarding procedure and case management. The Committee will establish a regular meeting schedule. All meetings are open for public viewing. An agenda will be provided in advance of the meeting.
