In-Person Services

We are located in Suite 103 of the Whatcom County Courthouse (311 Grand Avenue in Bellingham). You can register to vote, update your registration, get a replacement ballot. If possible, please call or email before you visit, we may save you a trip!

  • Hours:   Oct 16- Nov 4 (Monday-Friday), 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
    • Saturday, November 2, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
    • Tuesday, November 5, 8:30 am - 8:00 pm

Registration Deadlines

Monday, October 28Voter registration and address changes online or by mail must be received at the Whatcom County Auditor's Office by October 28.
October 29 through November 5Visit our office in person to register to vote or change your address by 8:00 pm sharp on November 5.
