Effective April 22, 2024, the Whatcom County Superior Court Clerk's Office is accepting e-filing. This will be a limited initial roll-out, with Civil and Probate being the first and only accepted e-filings.

Things that can NOT be e-filed:
- Ex Parte orders (needing Judicial signatures) and its supporting documents
- Documents needing a Clerk's signature (ie writs)
- Bench Copies
Additional case-type e-filings will be announced at a later date.

- Limit your document description to 100 characters or less

Attorneys and Pro Se (non- attorney parties representing themselves) are strongly encouraged to e-file when able. Please register here and allow 24 business hours for access.
