Unity Street Acquisition

The County acquired multiple properties on Unity Street which includes; 104 Unity, 110 Unity, 121 Unity and associated parking lots. The 110 Unity building is an approximately 21,000 square foot office building that was purchased nearly fully furnished by the former owner. This building has a remodel budget, should the County desire to remodel the building for additional enclosed offices. The 121 Unity building, and associated parking area, were purchased for the parking area associated with 110 Unity and the redevelopment potential of the lot. There are no current plans schedule for this building. The 121 Unity Building is currently leased to a private entity for restaurant uses.
