The County purchased 400 North Commercial Street in October of 2024. This is a 5,070 square foot, 2 story office building. The County intends to use this building for office space until such time the site is redeveloped. There was a modest budget for future improvements to the building such as security improvements, surveillance and low voltage cabling.
