Whatcom County Superior Court released the following information regarding the upcoming water adjudication hearing:

Whatcom County Superior Court recognizes the unprecedented size and complexity of the WRIA 1 Water adjudication. To accommodate the size of the case, the hearing is scheduled for June 26, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in the County Council Chambers. There are a limited number of seats available.

The court recognizes the limited capacity of Council Chambers and parking constraints around the courthouse. To help facilitate access, the hearing will also be available online via live stream.
